What is the paleo diet
The Paleo diet is also known as cave man’s diet. In this diet you can just eat foods that can be hunted (meat and seafood) and that can be collected (eggs, seeds, fruits, vegetables).
So you will have to give up from any processed food, like: dairy, wheats’ derivatives, sugar, potatoes .
One of the advantages you will have in this diet is that you’ll eat just nutritious aliments. So you will not be hungry for hours, and the best, these aliments are not rich in carbohydrates.
Now if you’re thinking … Ahhh, I cannot quit my cookie, drink soda, eat bread, then forget about it, the Paleo diet is not for you. If you cannot cut the grains overnight, you can cut them gradually , so that your body will adapt better to it.
One tip: Always try to put protein in every meal, so that you won’t be hungry for a long time.
When and what should i eat
You must be wondering …. should I eat in every 3 hours like in the other diets? And the answer is no! In the Paleo diet you should only eat when you feel hungry.
But what should I eat? Here’s a list of foods you can include in your Paleo diet:
- Vegetables and fruits.
- Meat of animals (not fed with grains but raised with grass).
- Nuts and Seeds.
- Healthy Fats.
- Natural spices.

Along with the diet, do some physical exercises, this will help you to burn fats from your body. You will be building muscles and as a result your body will also produce anti-stress hormones.
You should avoid alcohol during the diet, so that you will consequently sleep better because your body won’t need to eliminate toxic items from your body.
