In the first week of this diet you may feel some dizziness and tiredness, but this is normal because when you cut the carbohydrates out of your diet, you are cutting the mainly font of energy of your body.
Why does the Protein Diet leads to weight loss?
Well, when your brain needs to find energy for your body the carbohydrate is the first of the list, so when you cut it out of your diet your brain will look for other options, and fat is just the second on the list! so basically when you start the protein diet fat will turn into the mainly font of energy in your body.
What should i eat in my mainly meals in the protein diet?
For breakfast you can have skimmed milk or yougurt, boiled eggs, a slicy of cheese and an avocado. but be careful in aliments that can have a lot of fat in it, and it is always a good ideia to switch what you eat after some days, so your meals will not look always the same.
for lunch you can have fish, chicken or beef, cooked or grilled, just be careful with the amount of fat in it, and you can have different kinds of salad every day.
For dinner you can have boiled eggs or an omelet, cooked chicken or grilled salmon.
between these 3 mainly meals you should have some snack, you can have nuts, chesnuts, fruit smoothies or cheese, and avoid eating cookies or donuts because these are aliments rich in carbohydrates.
Aliments alowed in this diet:
- meat, chicken, fish and sea food.
- avocado and other fruits with fat.
- milk and derivates.
Aliments forbidden in this diet:
- rice, sweet potato and yams.
- corn, pea and bean.
